Boram is a design director at ProvaLabs, deeply conscious of the role and responsibility of design in society. With more than 15 years of experience across diverse fields of design, she approaches every project by first asking what the real problem is—not simply how to design, but why.

Before joining ProvaLabs, Boram worked as a multidisciplinary designer at Daylight, an international design consulting firm. Working across research, product design, branding, and spatial experience design, she led and contributed to projects for a wide range of clients, from early-stage startups to global corporations. Her approach has always been grounded in understanding the underlying challenges of a business and finding meaningful solutions beyond the obvious.

Previously, she worked at ID+IM Design Lab. at KAIST, where she explored the role of design in creating positive social impact under the theme of Philanthropic Design. Through projects with both NGOs and corporations, she developed a perspective on how design can contribute not only to business and innovation, but also to society.

She holds both a BS and an MS in Industrial Design from KAIST. Across her diverse experiences, she continues to explore how design can identify what truly matters, challenge assumptions, and create meaningful change.
